This is a padded muzzle gag taken one step further and attached to a Bulldog harness. Both the muzzle and the chest harness help lock each other in place. The muzzle is removable from the Chest harness via a connecting strap with snap buttons so that you can also wear each independently.
The main difference in this muzzle is its thick Latigo leather straps. The other muzzle strapping is 4 layers of thin folded garment leather.
