This is the more extreme locking leather padded posture collar. You are really locked in this thing and will feel it every second you wear it. I’ve altered the design to have a higher backing to keep your head firmly locked in place. Your head will feel very snug and held firmly in place with this collar. Almost feels like little leather pillows caressing your neck.
